A.

1. if mean is 21, which is close to 25 rather than 15, more $25 sweters were sold. sufffffffff.
2. if sum = 420, it could be 3 shirts and 15 sweters or 23 shirts and 3 sweters

3 shirts and 15 sweters = 3 x 15 + 15 x 25 = 420
or
23 shirts and 3 sweters = 23 x 15 + 3 x 25 = 420
