(x + 2y + 3z)/(x+y+z) = 1.5

The top is the amount of fat each type adds to the mix, the bottom is the total of the mix, RHS is the avg fat.

multiply both sides by (x+y+z): x + 2y + 3z = 1.5x + 1.5y + 1.5z
isolate x on the left: -1/2x = -1/2y -3/2z
multiply both sides by -2: x = y + 3z
