Thanks for the reply, i got the point.

I have one more question...

Are the difficulty levels of prep tests increases as we go to next test in the series? For example, is GMATprep2 is harder than GMATprep1, similarly is MGMATprep5 is hardest among MGMATprep1-5.

Thanks,

@Gavan: The difficulty of the questions depends on your performance. If your answers are right, the difficulty increases. GMAT is adaptive.

Thanks,

Each test is a seperate entity, and the goal is to be as close to the real GMAT as possible. All tests start out at the same difficulty level and will adapt depending on your performance. Never consider one test "harder or "easier" b/c technically you should see the hardest questions when you're doing the best on a practice test. The more questions you get right, the harder questions you will see. Don't think about right/wrong answers, think about scaled scores (aka Q48 or V35 or whatever) because the scaled score means much more than right or wrong answers. In fact, number of right or wrong is meaningless. I know it can be tough, but this is the reason why it's called a CAT (Computer Adaptive Test).

I wouldn't worry about this at all. Just focus on getting better. In my opinion it's wasted effort trying to figure out the exact scoring procedure. You're better off spending that time studying.
