I just took the first GMAT Prep test but can't seem to "complete" the exam. I've finished both the quant and verbal sections and have gone through the review page. However, whenever I clind end exam it tells me that I have not finished the exam...is there something else I should be doing?

for me it stayed at "unfinished" the whole time. As long as you get the score, you should be fine. =)

I think this have to do with which button you click after you have finished the test. It did have the message out and ask you to click yes or no. If you click no, then the data won't be saved and the status probably will be complete. If you click yes, that means you can return at a later time for review maybe, therefore the status unfinished.
.
