Gmat prep score from 630 to 580

Question

Hi guys
I had registered to take the GMAT on 7th August but I appeared for a GMAT prep mock today and my performance dropped by 50 points from the last Gmat prep mock I appeared for ( just a week ago). 
My score drop was mainly due to quants. It went from Q45 to Q39 :/ 
I made 11 errors in total with only 2 errors in the first 10 questions.

Also, I want to improve my verbal from V31 to V38 at least. I’m good at verbals and get most of the questions write while practice but during mocks I get super drained for an hour of maths.

I’m rescheduling my date to August 20 mostly. Can you’ll please suggest what to do?

Also u should be able to manage the deadlines

Hi  simranoza , if that's the case, have you tried  reversing  the order (Verbal first and then Quant), to see if there is some improvement?

Online GMAT does not let you decide the section order. That’s why I always do the quants section first

Based on the information that you have provided, you might want to consider pushing back your Test Date. Currently, each person can take the At-home/Online GMAT only ONCE, so you do not want to 'rush in' to take that Test if you are not confident that you can hit your Score Goal.

Before I can offer you the specific advice that you’re looking for, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:

Studies:
1) How long have you studied in total? How many hours do you typically study each week?
2) What study materials have you used so far?
3) On what dates did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?

Goals:
4) What is your overall goal score?
5) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
