I purchased exam prep 5 and 6, but each time I tried to take exam 5, I would get several questions in, hit next, and then the test would be processing the answer and the cursor would spin, but it would not move on to the next question. However, the time would run down. I would log out, try to get back into the test and try to take it again. This used up my attempts and I have not actually gotten to take the test. I have tried calling gmat prep customer support for days, and have emailed them for days and have not been able to get any support. Any advice?

I think it might be because of recent changes on GMAT prep , try to contact them because it is the only source you can get help from.
