I'm confused about which is which. Please help me understand this one.

1) GMAT Prep : Is this the free download from mba.com? If yes, then does it contain the 2 practice tests that everyone talks about?

2) Power Prep : Is this a CD that contains some practice tests for GMAT? If yes, are they worth investing in?

2) Power Prep : Is this a CD that contains some practice tests for GMAT? If yes, are they worth investing in?

1)yes it is free and contains 2 full tests)Very similiar to the real test

1.- GMATPrep is the new software - you can download at gmat.com

2.- PowerPrep is the old software

Powerprep also had OG questions...does this mean gmatprep has repeat questions...do i need both for preparation?

PP has that problem. GMATPrep solved that problem.

it is good to do GmatPrep first; otherwise you may see repeated questions in GmatPrep. Use GMATPrep as a better gage of your level, but use PP as extra exercises.
