Y can be 2 or 6 insuff.
St2. :irrelevant. insuff.
Both taken together: still insuff cause st2 doesn't help st1 in any sense.

S1: X/Y and 1/3 have common denom of 6.
X/Y could be 1/2 or 1/6
Insuff.
S2: X=1 Nothing about Y.

Again X/Y could be 1/2 or 1/6. S2 did nothing to help us.
