IMO, Ans C is right,

because, A & E are exaggerated ,
B & D does not logically lead to the Conclusion..
C is the best option...

For assumption questions you can apply the negation technique.

Negate the probable answers and check which one is causing max damage to the argument.

In this case C is the one.
