I’m glad you reached out, and I’m happy to help. Honestly, it’s difficult to say whether your current prep materials/study plan will be enough for you to hit your 650+ score goal. Thus, the best thing you can do is objectively evaluate your progress so that, in the event that the prep books aren’t meeting your needs, you don’t end up overinvesting time in resources that aren’t working for you.

If you determine that you need other prep materials, you can always check out the reviews of various resources here on GMAT Club.

Also, you may find it helpful to read the following articles about how to score a 700+ on the GMAT and how long to study for the GMAT.
.
Good luck!

Hello Fatineel,

We appreciate your start and wish you best luck. As you have already collected some books and targeting 650+, we will like to recommend certain key points which will be helpful.

GMAT is not as easy as we assume. GMAT math is logic, and GMAT verbal is a real test of English as a language. We will first recommend you to appear for a free diagnostic test on https://www.mathrevolution.com.

GMAT learning is a continuous process. Initially, you should spend more time on learning basic concepts and try solving as many as questions you can. Build your math basics with our "Math Review" (5-hour lesson). These videos are for reviewing basic math, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and word problems. At your level, you need to go over these videos twice. We are sure that you can strengthen your basic math skills. However, we suggest you refer to these videos any time you need to refresh and master the basics. You may take an online course where you may ask as many questions you have, or you may consider private tutoring as well. A start with Q 30 is good which should be raised to at least Q 45 or above to score 650+.

Apart from this, here is all that you need and what we will offer you:

1. A detailed study plan (We provide a study guide to all our students based on diagnostic test)
2. Reliable resources(Check out our free trial pack and free video lessons on our site: https://www.mathrevolution.com)
3. Unique, alternative approaches to solve quant questions in a short period, saving you time and increase accuracy and hence score.
4. Up-To-Date questions that meet GMAT exam trends. You don’t need to waste your time on outdated questions here and there.
5. Regular tests will reflect the positive change in the score, and hence, your confidence will boost up.

Gradually, with the help of mock tests, you will be able to compete with time and hence will be able to learn time-management. Also, we will recommend you to take our Quant Shortcut 51 to learn to solve 700+ level questions in limited or less time with a unique and quick approach.

Various possible combinations that you should keep in mind to achieve a score of 700 or above are: V37/Q50 V39/Q49, V43/Q45 are some possible combinations. So you should keep a proper track of your mock test scores.

Let us know if you have further questions.

You can reach us at info@mathrevolution.com

Success is within your reach.

Good luck!

- OG 2019 - 2018 - 2017 - 2015 Q & V reviews
--> I suggest you ultimately use OG2020 only, but if you have earlier version, it is fine. This is the mandatory book to do and complete each question.

For Verbal questions, study carefully and thoroughly why wrong answers are wrong from the OG book answer explanation.

For Quant questions, study how Quant problems are solved efficiently in Gmatclub forum (btw. Quant solution provided in the book is sometimes time consuming)

- Manhattan (MGMAT) prep books series
--> I never used these. But I heard MGMAT SC guide is wonderful.

- Aristotle Grail SC
--> I never used these. This is said wonderful. But, I guess Manhattan SC alone is sufficient.

- GMAT Kaplan premier 2017 with 6 practice test
--> I never used this

- Gmat ultimate grammar book (I assume as a non native english I am gonna score extremly low)
--> I never used this though I am non native.

- Sources material from Gmat forum (RC and SC tips from Carcass, Saruba and Ron kuddos for them).
--> Ron Purewal is a GMAT legend everywhere. Others are also experts in this forum.

- Flashcards flashcards AND FLASHCARDS from targetprep and gmat forum
--> I never used this.

Potential buys: manhattan and kaplan or veritas question banks
--> exhaust free GMAC Gmatprep first. Veritas Q bank is also free. Once you exhaust all of them, consider buying Manhattan CATs and Official GMAT Exam Pack 1 and 2.

I love to start with OG, from which any great GMAT courses based their lessons and questions.
