I think GRE score seems better than GMAT score, because there is balance between the quant and verbal score. In GMAT, the difference between quant and verbal score seems large. Ofcourse that is my point of view. :)

Hi BananaMBA,

Do you know the average GMAT and GRE scores at your desired schools?

Hi BananaMBA,

You're ultimately asking an Admissions question, so you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile and plans. Those Experts should be able to answer your Admissions questions and help define the specific areas of your profile that could use some improvement. There's a Forum full of those Experts here:

I got GMAT (Q45 V30 IR7 => 620) or GRE (Q159 V158). Both not very good and similar but which one should I choose for my MBA application?

I think GRE. That’s the average for Ross!

The median for the MBA Program is V42 and Q48 (78% of the class GMAT, Range V27-51, Q40-51) and V163 and Q163 (22% of the class GRE, Range V148-170, Q145-170). I already submitted my GMAT since they admit more from GMAT. I know I have a bad chance but I want to maximize my chances. Is it possible to send admission an email and ask them to only consider my GRE score which I would then send them IF you all think its better to use my GRE score?
