Does anyone know why they have the "you can only take the GMAT once every 31 days rule?" I'm wondering if it is because they use a similar question bin every month? Given the power going out during the test fiasco, I was originally going to take it in a month because my work schedule is crazy, but if I am able to reschedule it this month maybe I will get some of the same questions? Any thoughts?
