I was trying to register for the GMAT and provide data while profile registration, but I seem to have made a mistake.
Is there any way I can change it?
Or Can I create a new email ID and register for the exam from 2nd ID? I just filled in basic data but did not book any exam date.

GMAC has a way of linking second accounts with the first one. It's likely through your passport number, but there have been cases of links being made otherwise too. If you head to the MyAccount page on mba.com you'll find a section to your left called MyProfile, under which is an option for your Personal Information and a button resembling a square note and pen symbol. You can click that button to edit your personal info.
TL,DR: 2nd ID is not advisable, you can update your personal info.
