Hi, I'm trying to schedule another GMAT online exam but the website shows that my registration attempt limit has reached.
If I'm not mistaken, so far I have taken 3 online exams and 1 offline center exam, and I should be able to register for another exam... unless one of the online exam that was cancelled due to technical error count towards 5 attempt limit? If that's the case that would be devastating for me since I won't be able to apply for R2/R3...
I've already reached out to GMAC/mba.com but was wondering if anyone had a similar experience.

This is almost certainly an issue that must be solved by GMAC's Customer Service team, but can you go into a bit more detail about the "cancelled" Test you took on August 8th? What were the circumstances that led to this Exam's cancellation? How much of the Exam did you actually complete?

Sounds like a system issue where it is counting your technical error test into the 5 annual tests… so probably would take a phone call to the wonderful people of GMAC 😎
