I want to know that Do we have to give the name of the B-schools which we want to apply while registering for GMAT or we can give the names later on also for Pearson to send our official scores to the concerned schools?
I mean to say that I want to register for GMAT but I have not decided about the details of the B-schools I intend to apply.

I think we need to give them at the time of Gmat test, 5 submissions are free and then you need to pay extra.

No, you don't need to give the details at the time of registration. Though there would be few questions regarding your interests, future MBA plans, education background etc, but all of them are optional. You can update this info any time in future .
On the day of actual GMAT test, you'll have to provide a list of 5 b-schools you want your score to be send to.
