I am having the same issue. How did you resolve it?

Hi. The self reporting information on your score report is actually not a big deal because you could technically put anything you wanted. This information is used mostly for marketing purposes, for schools to reach back out to you and try to invite you to apply and to sell your data. 😬

PS. This wouldn’t really have any impact on your admission or application. Business schools do not have a person whose sole purpose in life is comparing GMAT school reports to their transcripts and to their applications. All they do is they take the score report and verify that the score is accurately, entered on your application and matches it, and they also verify that it was taken within the past five years they may take a peek at your picture that was taken on the day of the gmat out of boredom and perhaps your AWA if your score is very low. That’s it.
