Hello,
bengisuulker. Based on what I read on
the HWR website, it seems to me as if more emphasis is placed on undergraduate performance than a GMAT™ score. From the site itself:
The main focus is on the overall bachelor grade, grades of specific modules, English proficiency and the motivation letter. In the three masters taught in German, German proficiency is also required. It is not possible to take work experience (even in a special field) into account for the required courses.Your intended degree program also seems to have a higher number of admits than others--40, compared to 30-35--but I have no idea how many applicants there may be for those slots. I will say that meeting the minimum requirement on any aspect of the application is not an ideal way to put your best foot forward, but at the same time, given the available information, I would not say that the GMAT™ ought to be your primary concern. Depending on when you intend to apply, you may or may not wish to take the test again to prove that you can earn a higher score. If you have a few months, then what do you have to lose?
Whatever you decide, I wish you the best.
