I think it's very possible. Ensure that you thoroughly review each question. As you analyse the questions one by one, try to apply what you learned on the previous questions to the next question that you analyze.

If you are low on confidence, then you can consider rescheduling your exam -- unless there is an application deadline you are working toward.

Congratulations! I was going to suggest you to use the GMAT Score calculator in GMATClub, but I am a little bit late!

Anyway, kudos for your score :)
Also, people say GMAT Prep 2 is closer to the real thing than any other test :P
