With 7 years of work experience, your chances look good. For IIM A a 700+ score would have proved more favorable, but that is not to say that you cannot compensate for it by focusing on your differentiated profile in your application, MBA resume, and interviews.

Focus on highlighting the most unique aspects of your profile - work experiences / personal experiences to increase the odds of success. Reflect on the experiences where you took initiatives to resolve a conflict within teams, motivated co-workers and subordinates to expedite projects, and generated impact on business in terms of $$ through cost savings or revenue generation. B schools are big on community and diversity initiatives. Experiences, where you participated in community work, would show the strength of your character.

With a good application, chances of interview definitely exist. Good application comprises articulation of your experience, accomplishments, career choices, career goals, and institute fitment.

Do you have a list of desired schools?

All IIMs in India, i am not planning to go abroad, IIMs is the only focus, preferably Ahmedabad, Bangalore or Kolkata
