Hi, Thanks for your reply.
Just got an email. My exam has been placed for Administrative review
This is astounding as I was extra careful during the exam, to not break any rules. :(

Probably good to not worry about it too much. These reviews appear to be happening more frequently recently. I had a student, for example, who reached out after giving an exam. They took a bit of verbal tutoring and gave a re-take in 10 (ish?) days. Went from a V41 to a V45 and ended up with a 760. Their exam got put on Admin review and it took about 2 weeks for the score to become Official.

Hopefully, other than the waiting time, there'll be no issues you'll face.

Hi BhavyaBudhia,

There's some anecdotal evidence that this type of 'administrative review' is happening more often with Test-takers who score 700+. Assuming that you did not actually break any of the standard Test-taking rules, then you will likely have your Official results released in 1-2 weeks (although it might take longer than that based on the backlog of Exams that need to be reviewed). In the meantime, you should reach out to an Admissions Expert to discuss your plans - and if it is determined that you ultimately "need" a much higher GMAT Score to apply to the Schools that you are interested in, then continuing to study would be necessary regardless of how long this administrative review went on.

Most scores above 700, from the GMAT online, are placed under review, so I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Hi,
I want to prepare for GMAT what should I do for good marks any book is helpful please suggest me.

Hi Amara98,

You can go through this article to understand the right way to prepare for GMAT.

https://www.mbacrystalball.com/blog/202 ... L6b4hafmwA

As GMAT is an adaptive test, I suggest you to go with an online course as it helps you take adaptive quizzes and provides you all the content on a single platform. The best way to choose an online course is to check out the free trials of the courses out there and then choose the one which suits you the most. But make sure to choose the course which can help you with not only the concepts but also the application of concepts. And it would be even better if the course can help you with the study plan as it will help you be clear of what to study on any given day. You can check out the free trial of GMATWhiz and take a decision. It is a personalized course that comes with an integrated study plan and adapts the content in real-time on basis of your performance.

And I can definitely help you with the study strategy. GMAT is a test which focuses on application of concepts. So, you need to make sure that you learn not only the concepts but also their application. Please schedule a call with me using the link below so that I can guide you in a better way.

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for your response. Just wanted to share that I got my result today🤩, 6 days after giving the exam. Got 6 in AWA.

Surprising that they gave the result quickly after administrative review, considering today is part of the Weekend. Still way better than the services of GRE (ETS).
