Hi, I gave GMAT exam today and got my unofficial score.
They are:
Quant: 50
Verbal: 35
Integrated: 5
Total: 710
In your experience, should I sit for another try for GMAT, if I am targetting M7? Some say that a 700+ is what you need. How true is that?

Gratz on the Q50. A 710 is a good score. When talking about the M7s, it's probably worth having a look at their GMAT statistics for more insight. For example, MIT Sloan's GMAT median is 730. It may also be worth seeing what types of scores others with similar profiles/backgrounds who have been admitted to the schools you are targeting have had.

Hi BhavyaBudhia,
First off, a 710/Q50 is an outstanding Score, so you can comfortably apply to any Business Schools that interest you. As such, a retest is probably not necessary. You're ultimately asking Admissions questions though, so you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile and plans. Those Experts should be able to answer your Admissions questions and help define the specific areas of your profile that could use some improvement. There's a Forum full of those Experts here:
