Hi,
Rasalghul853,
Thank you for your post!
First, I would like to congratulate you on backing a stellar 740 in your GMAT. That's quite exceptional, so kudos on that! Coming to your GPA, it's manageable! All you need to do is add a bit more about your overall statistics and give brief information about any additional courses and certifications and academic accolades, and you are good on the academic front. Moreover, you can draft an additional letter justifying your reasons and providing other stellar examples of your academic brilliance.
Furthermore, you have a lot of experience; hence it won't be hard to pick out some stellar leadership examples from your long tenure! Also, it might help to highlight your roles and responsibilities, critical projects, and international experience and back them up with excellence in the field. Additionally, you could mention your ECAs; that should help start an interesting conversation between you and AdComs. Furthermore, I suggest you go through our article on
Significance of ECAs for MBA Application, to understand the importance of drafting exemplary ECAs essays!
Finally, I would like you to share your overall profile with us to understand the circumstances, as with an overall strong profile, a score of 740 is more than enough to get into top B-schools. Hence, If you'd like, we are happy to hop on a call with you sometime this week to discuss your profile in length and further chances to your target MBA programs; feel free to
book a free session with us at your convenience.
Cheers!

Hi,
I am a Indian Male engineer, hence coming from an overly represented pool. I am currently working in the financial services industry and have an overall work-ex of 6 years. My job experience and extra curriculars are pretty good.
My only concern is I have a 740 in GMAT and a low undergrad CGPA.
Will not having a 750+ hurt my chances at Tuck?
Thanks in advance!
