Hi,
I am a Indian Male engineer, hence coming from an overly represented pool. I am currently working in the financial services industry and have an overall work-ex of 6 years. My job experience and extra curriculars are pretty good.
My only concern is I have a 740 in GMAT and a low undergrad CGPA.
Will not having a 750+ hurt my chances at Tuck?

First, I would like to congratulate you on backing a stellar 740 in your GMAT. That's quite exceptional, so kudos on that! Coming to your GPA, it's manageable! All you need to do is add a bit more about your overall statistics and give brief information about any additional courses and certifications and academic accolades, and you are good on the academic front. Moreover, you can draft an additional letter justifying your reasons and providing other stellar examples of your academic brilliance.
Furthermore, you have a lot of experience; hence it won't be hard to pick out some stellar leadership examples from your long tenure! Also, it might help to highlight your roles and responsibilities, critical projects, and international experience and back them up with excellence in the field. Additionally, you could mention your ECAs; that should help start an interesting conversation between you and AdComs. Furthermore, I suggest you go through our article on Significance of ECAs for MBA Application, to understand the importance of drafting exemplary ECAs essays!
Finally, I would like you to share your overall profile with us to understand the circumstances, as with an overall strong profile, a score of 740 is more than enough to get into top B-schools. Not at all. There's no such requirement (official or unofficial.) As noted by the previous post, a 740 is a great score. You will be more than fine for admission to Tuck as far as the GMAT is concerned.
Instead of dwelling on the 10 points difference (which is really marginal), you should focus on putting together your narrative and a well thought out application. Inclusive of that strategy is a real demonstration of your passion for Tuck. As I am sure you know, Tuck is a small program and it's AdCom prides itself on students wanting to be there. That must come through in your application. You should therefore engage with the school as much as possible while you still have time before submitting your application.
