Hi guys,
If you plan to apply this year in R2 you may have to go with this score- while not ideal I think the overall score is strong enough to get you in the door- and then a strong application is also needed and this takes time also. The high IR helps too-
so I suggest that if you are going to give it a go in R2 you better make sure you devote time now to the applications as well as these need to be strong to get accepted.

I recently gave my GMAT and the scores were:
TOTAL - 720
VERBAL - 41 (94th %ile)
QUANT - 48 (69th %ile)
IR - 8

I am targetting for top 10 B Scools. My consultant is of a view that I cannot get an admit in the target schools because of low percentile in Quant section. He is suggesting for a retake. But I am afraid that what if my scores go even worse on the retake. Also, I am a little hesitant to prepare again.

Guys need your advice on whether I should retake my GMAT or not?
Please guide me.
