To start, Schools generally do not care if you take the GMAT more than once - and many will take your highest results into consideration when assessing your overall application. That having been said, if you'd like to know how a specific Program assesses someone who sends in multiple Scores, then you should contact the School directly and ask. Since your Official GMAT Score is valid for up to 5 years, you can grant a School access to your Official Score Report years before you actually apply. The School likely will NOT look at your GMAT Scores UNTIL you apply though - and then, only to confirm that the information in the Report matches the information on your application.
For additional admissions questions, you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile and plans. Those Experts should be able to answer your Admissions questions and help define the specific areas of your profile that could use some improvement (and the more time that you have to act on that advice, the better).
