hi , for uploading GMAT score "GMAT Score Report (first page of the official / unofficial report)" for ISB application should i upload the screenshot of the result for the online GMAT that i had taken from MBA . com ?? or is there any other way to get the report??can someone please help out

Hey, but i have not received and official report document and when reached out to mba . com helpline got following response
"As mentioned in my previous email, We do not currently offer a downloadable (PDF) version of the GMAT Online score report. The only way to report your score to your school is to send the score using our score-sending system on MBA . com. "
the mode of exam i had taken was online , so i am really not understanding what i need to upload for GMAT score , please help out
