Will only the reported scores or all my scores will be posted to schools I apply ( Consider that schools in initial attempts were different from final score)

The schools you applied to with your latest score will see all of your scores (from attempts in the last 5 years) that haven't been cancelled.

AjiteshArun is correct. The schools to which you apply will see all non-canceled scores within the last 5 years.
