I’m doing mocks from Jamboree and my range of scores is 595-675. I wish to give GMAT at the earliest? What should I do? Should I give an official mock or GMAT club mock?

Take the official mock from mba.com. The official practice tests use the same adaptive algorithm as the real exam, so the score reflects what you'd actually see on test day.
Here's why that matters for timing. Your scores right now range from 595 to 675, an 80-point spread, and that width is the thing to pay attention to. It tells me your performance isn't stable yet. More important, those numbers aren't official, so you can't plan a test date around them with confidence.
Here's what I suggest: take one of the free official practice tests from mba.com under realistic, timed conditions. From there, the decision is straightforward. If that official score lands at or above what you need, you're in good shape to plan toward a date, and I'd take a second official mock a week or two before you sit, just to confirm. If your free official practice test lands below your target, that gap is your answer. Do the focused topic work and careful error analysis to close it, then take another official test to confirm you've gotten there before you book.
Either way, the 595 to 675 swing you're seeing now is a signal that the content isn't fully locked in, and that's worth taking seriously regardless of what the official score says. Get an accurate read first. The date should follow from that, not the other way around.
