Gmat score not showing in the report

Question

Hello, I can see that my score's status is "reportable" but when I doenload the file, it does not show me the recent exam scores it only showes me a previous one that I canceled. The school's programs told me they can't see my scores yet too. 
What went wrong? 
I took the most recent exam on 23rd November.

Might be worth sending an email to GMAC regarding this issue. Sending a screenshot of the score being shown as reportable may be helpful as well.

It seems there might be a delay in updating the scores on the system. Score may still be in the process of being processed and uploaded. I recommend reaching out to the GMAC's customer service for clarification and to confirm when the updated scores will be visible.

Hi joe123x,

If you took the current version of the GMAT, then you might be waiting on your AWA/Essay Score - since generating that Score requires that a human grade your Essay. Considering that we are just coming off of Thanksgiving weekend in the U.S. - and we're in the middle of "GMAT season" (when more people are taking the Exam), there might be a slight delay in receiving your full Official results. The Unofficial results that you saw will almost likely be identical to your Official results, but you just might need to wait a couple more details for the Schools to receive the entire Official Report.

As has been said, I think everything will be in order once you receive your official scores. If you don't see them by late next week, you could give the folks at GMAC a call to see what's going on.

Hey, yeah so apparently GMAC takes some time after the portal shows that your scores are reportable and that you can view your scores, to actually update the latest scores. I waited for a day and then was able to view both my scores.

It was classic GMAT in a physical centre, it has shown 'score reportable' for the last two weeks (it still does), but when I click on the 'Send Score' button it only lets me send the previous attempt, not this newer one :sad:
