Hey everyone,
I have a number of questions that I was hoping someone might be able to help me with (apologies for the question overload... I can't seem to find definitive answers to any of the below!)
1. Does the 16-day resit waiting period still hold under the current circumstances? Could I, for instance, sit the GMAT twice in a test centre within a 16-day period? Or sit the GMAT online and then in a test centre (or vice versa) within a 16-day period?
2. How far in advance of an application deadline do I need to take the GMAT (either online or in a test centre) in order for schools to receive my official score report in time? I believe the GMAT Online releases official score reports within 7 business days of taking the exam, but I am unsure of the exact number for test centre exams.
3. I have already taken the GMAT twice, both times in a test centre. If I now sit the GMAT online and am happy with my score, is it possible for me to send only my GMAT Online score report to schools? Or do I also need to send my test centre score report/ disclose my previous test centre scores? (Additionally, if I am a reapplicant and send them only my GMAT Online score report, will my test centre score report from my previous application still be visible?)
4. When I previously sat the GMAT, I was not content with my overall score of 700 but I was fairly happy with my Quant score. Let's say I sit the GMAT online and my overall score increases but my Quant score drops, is it possible for me to send both my GMAT online and my test centre score reports to schools? So that they can see both my best overall score and my best Quant score?
5. Let's say I sit the GMAT online but am unhappy with my score. If I am then asked in an application how many times I've sat the GMAT, am I obliged to include said online exam in this test count? Similarly, if I have previously cancelled a test centre score, am I obliged to include that in my test count?
Thanks ever so much in advance, and apologies for all of the questions!
