I am an engineering graduate. And I am planning to write GMAT. But due to certain personal and family reasons, I will not be able to attend any B-School at all. I may probably do a long distance course in MBA where GMAT score is not a pre-requisite for the course. So if I write GMAT now, will the scores help me in getting jobs abroad later on? I'm quite confused. Please help me out here.

When you say abroad, you'll have to tell where you are right now.
Regardless, I don't think a correspondence course will help you with recruitment. You'll have to bank on your current network or on any recruitment agent that you might hire later.

I am in India right now. And there are high chances that i will not be able to attend a B-school to pursue my MBA. And so my alternate method is to do a correspondence course. Will a GMAT score help me with a job later on? or is it valid only for admissions?
