i got 74% in 10th and 75% in 12th.

Now i want to ask whether i shall go for GMAT or not.i mean will my application be entertained by good universities after clearing GMAT exam with good scores.
Or if academic scores are not excellent ,then GMAT should not be an higher education option??

kindly suggest me the right thought.

I had lower scores than you do (hated CBSE and had terrible handwriting) yet received 100% fellowships from 3 universities. I was also admitted to some of the top schools. Of course I did have a good GMAT score. So dont worry, work on your GMAT :) .
