Given the high number of Tests that are administered each year at the various Testing Centers, technological 'issues' do sometimes happen. When these tech issues typically happen, the Test Takers complete their Exams, THEN file a complaint. The resolution then usually takes 2-4 weeks; if the issue is deemed to be a significant impediment to the Test Taking 'event', then the result is usually a free retest (or a low-price retest). Since you did not complete the Exam though, I'm not sure how GMAC/Pearson will handle your specific situation. You can likely expect a response in the next 2-4 weeks though. Regardless of what that response is, you're still going to have to retake the GMAT. As such, you should plan to use your current time to continue studying.
