You can buy similar sheet and pen for practice but in my opinion it is an overkill. I personally didn't have a problem with them. Needed couple of minutes to get used to them

its laminated cardboard and about a 1.5mm felt tip pen. not that unusual.

but it's kind of like asking what kind of chairs are used in the testing room, and buying one for yourself to simulate. somewhat overkill, but hey if it helps you... go for it

do the seats have cushions? i have a very sensisitive derrier.
