Hi there, I've recently started browsing the forums, and I'm really glad to have found this site! I'm starting my GMAT prep journey, and I don't have anyone close to me geographically who is also taking the GMAT, and I thought about finding online study buddies 
This topic has been posted often, and I'm not sure how successful this would be, but I'll try at least!
I'm hopefully looking for people interested in studying for the GMAT, you could be studying right now, etc, and perhaps use skype to make a 'study group'. I looked through some of the study group posts and it seems that some adopted the same study plan and worked like that...
Personally, I'm hoping for a more flexible approach (only because I am really busy during the day). The 'online' study group could perhaps work like this: each member of the study group could practice on any topic of their choice and bring up some of their mistakes that they made that day, and together we could break it down (if none of us understand it, we could also search the forums and just read the expert answers). Doing so, we would be reviewing mistakes (possibly common errors) and practicing other questions (in addition to what we were already practicing). Also, it'll motivate and encourage us to keep studying!
I'm not sure if anyone would be interested in something like this, but if you are, send me a message!
