Need help

I have my GMAT exam on 31st October and need to score 650+

My quant isn't bad but I am panicking because I 'think' of it as hard and that's ruining my entire problem solving and DS too.

I'm planning to write and review papers everyday and then planning on revising the entire OG in the last week.

Could someone share some tips that I must do/keep in mind?

What are you currently scoring?
What resources are you currently using?
What topic in Quant gives you hard time?
How is your pacing strategy for both Quant and verbal?

My scores on CATs are really low as I am barely touching 500. It's not because I don't know what the Quant section is asking for, but more because I am panicking.

I am facing great problems when it comes to DS and also, questions on Elementary Combinatorics, Operations on Integers, Mensuration and Inequalities for PS.

My verbal score has steadily improved but I'm still poorly lacking in RCs.

My IR scores aren't even 4 to begin with.
