Studying for the GMAT with ADHD can be challenging, but the right strategies can help. Break study sessions into short, focused blocks (25-30 min) with timed breaks. Use active learning methods like verbalizing concepts, teaching someone, or using flashcards. TTP and e-GMAT provide structured approaches that can help maintain focus. Minimize distractions by using noise-canceling headphones or a quiet study space. Mock tests should be taken in a real test-like environment to build endurance. Most importantly, experiment with different techniques and stick to what works best for you.
