Dear all,
I started prep myself for GMAT giving myself 3 months. I am 41 and it had been decades since I had touched upon basic maths principles. I realized after some time that the only way to build in the mental agility required for GMAT is to 1) teach it or/and 2) learn from different approaches. I am looking to set up a study group of business professionals currently aiming at taking the test within the 1st quarter 2015. We would base our study group interactions on our different ways to INTERPRETE the problem statement and STRATEGIZE to solve. Understanding each other's approach, notably through questioning, should help create connections and develop mental agility so required for GMAT especially 700+ problem solving. This study group would be beneficial for these people who have a social learning style and progress much faster with this type of stimulation.
I have been working with Veritas Prep materials so far and getting tutoring from Brian who built the materials content and whose teaching skills are awesome. My tutoring time was long enough for me to feel confident in animating or participating in a study group and bringing value to other members by sharing what I know. The mental agility I need to score 720 requires regular interactions such as described here above.
I am based out of South Delhi and would be happy to form this group or eventually join one already existing in Delhi NCR.

Hii All...I wish to take the test within the 1st quarter of 2015 as well. I am a business professional with computer engineering background based out of South Delhi and intermittently traveling to different parts of India for work. I am planning on starting with e-gmat, which I have heard is a great resource for verbal prep. Maths/Quant has always been my strength. I am targeting 700-750. If their are other takers for e-gmat verbal, we could share the material, expenses and pursue group study for maximum outcome.
