Geat advise EMPOWERgmatRichC Thank you!
I didn't know that test centers will allow visitors to enter inside the room, where test is conducted, and show whiteboards/pens etc that are offered to the test takers.

Hi Pankaj0901,

While the overall testing 'experience' that you'll have at most Test Centers will be fairly standardized, the specific type of marker that you will be offered at any individual Center might vary. If you'd like to know the exact materials that you'll be given an any specific location, then the most direct way to find out would be to contact the location and ask (and if the location is nearby, then you might consider visiting it and seeing those materials in person before Test Day). This would have the added benefit of helping you plan out a number of other aspects of Test Day - such as where you might park/be dropped off, where exactly the Test Center is, the location of the restroom, etc.).

Hi Pankaj0901,

You won't actually be allowed into the Computer Lab unless you have a scheduled appointment at that time - but you shouldn't have any issue entering the 'front desk' area of the location and speaking with a staff member (and by extension, asking to see the specific type of pad and pen that you'll be using when you take your Official GMAT).
