I am hoping to get some insight if this has happened to anyone else.
On Friday I went to take the GMAT at the testing center and after getting through IR, the screen went blank and remained frozen for over 30 minutes. As part of Pearsons testing rules, they are required to offer a retake if this happens, and I decided to take the offer. The exam was then ended and I received an incident number. I was told to call GMAT and schedule my new retake. I called the 1800 number and after waiting for over an hour to speak to a representative

I was told I need to wait 3-5 business days for the case to be "reviewed."
I am very very frustrated and do not seem to find another way out of this situation - which is why I am asking for any sort of advice/help.
If anyone has a contact number please help!
