Hi,
I cant solve MSR questions at all. Is practicing the questions the only way or is there some strategy that i am missing?
First of all as soon as you face the MSR question, look for in 10s;
How many Tabs are there, there titles, what is the first question type; is it Yes/No Statements or It is an absolute value question,
Second JUST Read all the information in each tab. By JUST Read I mean have a jist of each tab.
Time "60-90s"
Third, what is the first question asking about; If the infor required to solve it will be required from all 3 tabs? If Yes, then connect the dots of all 3 tabs thorughly.
Usually for step 2; I write one liner for each tab of the info on my Pad. So that I have 3 lines in a single space "my notepad" rather than toggling among the tabs. It becomes easier and quicker to process the info and to relate what all tabs are required to solve a specific question.
One liner should not entail all the info, else you’ll loose time noting the details. It should be like;
Tab1: Plan of commissioning; Plan to be covered within 5 years, Plan B after Plan C
Tab2: Plan B<2000, 1000<PlanC<1500, Total Budget 7000
Tab3: Prob (B) = 0.3,.....
Something of the kind

Hi
I have my second gmat attempt day after
My last attempt was terrible solely due to exam anxiety and poor time management
My recent mocks have been 600+
But I’m not crossing the 700 mark
What’re the odds I can make it to 705-735ish in this attempt?
I really need to get a good score for uni applications
Odds are better, just calm down and look that you’ve scored more than 600 multiple times. Be confident, you can do it!!
