Yes. That is the closest to the real test you will find. So it's pretty accurate in assessing your level

Hey all, Do you know the best way to filter questions on this website? I’ve taken 2 practice exams already and need to do pratice questions for certain topics. I prefer if they were actual questions from practice tests 1 & 2 to avoid any overlap with future tests but can’t figure out how to fo this on the website

Hi there,
Don’t worry — a low CGPA with backlogs can be offset if other parts of your profile are strong.
✅ Your 4.5 yrs of work experience + CFA Level 1 are big positives.
✅ A good GMAT score (660+) will really help.
✅ You can take an online quant course (like HBS CORe or Coursera) to show academic readiness.
✅ Use your essays to explain the low GPA honestly and focus on your growth.
Top B-schools in UK/EU (like Warwick, ESMT, IE, EDHEC) look at the whole picture, not just grades.
You’re on the right track — keep pushing!

Hi everyone!
I have around 4.5yrs of work ex with a CFA L1 certification.
My Class Xth and XIIth grades were extremely good (above 95% and 93% respectively)
However, my grad CGPA was 6.14 with a few backlogs. This is a negative spot on my profile.
I’m targeting top B-schools in UK and Europe for my MBA.
I would really appreciate some guidance as to what my chances are given I get a good/decent GMAT score (655+).
Also, what all can I do to bridge the gap caused by my college GPA and backlogs?

Any help/guidance would be highly appreciated.

Thanks!

I believe the first step would be to see that are we wasting time on some specific questions or in general we are taking more time to answer each question.

If some questions are taking unexpectedly larger amount of times, then we should avoid doing that. Instead if we feel stuck for one particular question then we should take a guess and move on and get back to it later if time permits.

If in general we are taking more time per question, I think practice is the key. The more familiar we are with the type of questions, the more comfortable we will be and our confidence will also be high while attempting questions.

on an average we have 2 minutes for each question. but for an RC question the first question of an RC may consume more time. so we should first check questions (other than the 1st question of RC) that are consuming more than 3-3.5 minutes. and need to understand why was that happening. Again its not a standard, it depends on the person and his/her approach. Analysing these questions helped me. and if i see myself spending a lot of time on a particular question then i guess it

how i track is it that i see the time remaining and the number of questions, if the ratio is greater than 2:1. I am good to go else i need to hurry.

Also one approach that i read was that if it really comes down to guessing we should guess one entire RC and attempt other CR questions carefully

Yes it is . One approach that works for Rc is doing multiple rcs continuously ( 4 ideally) . This builds stamina and focus .
That’s the most important element in Rc .

In my mocks
What i generally witnessed is that towards the end the RC’s are much longer so reading with time ticking makes you lose your focus. So we can get better accuracy in CRs which have comparatively kesser material to read

I took the 15 paid tests from experts global.
The interface is as the actual exam.

As per my seniors, the difficulty level in the experts global exam are a bit higher than the actual GMAT exam. So they are good for practice.
