Good idea to start a log. It will be helpful for you, even if nobody else but I have a feeling it will be good for others too :)

When you are saying bi-weekly. Is that 2x a week? I am always a mess when it comes to bi...
I would also suggest saving (not many just 1-3) mistakes, rules, topics that tripped you up from your daily work practice and either saving them or posting them here in your study log.

BB

Hi bb

Weekly - once a week
Biweekly - once in Bi Weeks
Bi = 2
So Biweekly = once in 2 weeks.
Read Biweekly = 2weekly
and weekly = 1 weekly
where 1 = once per week
2 = twice per week

now forget whatever i said, I was just having fun. lol!

Week 1 and 2

Hello all, I'm back as promised!

These past two weeks have been extremely challenging. I feel like it's been 2 years and 3 months but I'm really proud of the progress I have made so far.

STUDY PLAN

As mentioned last time, I have decided to solely focus on the TTP study plan although I find it tempting to check other resources. There isn't really a reason for that as I'm happy with the content provided so I think making myself busy checking other content makes me feel productive and in control.

MISSON PROGRESS AND FREAKING OUT
Last I wrote to you, I was on Mission 2. I have now finished it (thank god!) and just started Mission 5. People that have finished the Number Properties chapter are probably laughing right now but please let me enjoy myself before it hits me...

I thought my pace was quite reasonable given my goal (15 weeks to go before the exam) but after reading a few posts on Reddit I'm starting to think I will never make it. People are saying that the TTP program is incredibly long and difficult to finish. Has anyone managed to finish the program in 4 months? Any tips are welcome.

I have discovered that the verbal content is much easier for me to grasp which allowed me to finish the chapters in no time and score high on the tests. I'm considering choosing it first on the official exam day to boost confidence for the rest of the exam.

Here are my scores for each chapter on the expert+ track.

Essential GMAT Quant Skills

Easy 1 100% Medium 1 73% Hard 1 73%
Easy 2 91% Medium 2 86% Hard 2 82%
Easy 3 100% Medium 3 91%
Medium 4 75%

Please note the hard test 1 was taken twice. Got ≈50% the first time.

Subject-Verb Agreement

Easy 100% Medium 91% Hard 100%

TTP BUDDY AND GROUP CHAT SET UP

A lot of TTP students have reached out to buddy up after my post so I have decided to set up a group chat with a few of us. We're still finding our marks but it's such a relief to share this experience with like-minded students as the GMAT journey can sometimes feel very lonely. I'd like to thank all members of the chat for their support and enthusiasm.

WAY FORWARD

I will try to increase my study hours for the next two weeks to see if I make more progress. However, I'm not willing to sacrifice comprehension for speed as I scored above the target for all chapter tests and reviews. Let's see how that goes.

UP NEXT

Hoping to have started mission 10 by my next post if all goes well. Don't have much else on the menu as I still want to focus on TTP only but will review things at the end of the month.

CHEESY QUOTE OF THE WEEK

"Failure is hard. Success is hard. Choose your hard."

See you in 2 weeks!
