Hello,
I took the GMAT last fall, and did very well. I am not applying to B-School right away, mostly because my current job will end soon and I want to line up new employment before commiting to the expense. I support my family, so it's not like I can take a couple of years off to attend school full-time either even if I did have a way to pay for it. I did some reading here back when I was preparing for my exam (thanks for the tips), and I vaguely remember seeing posts mentioning GMAT tutoring companies that are interested in hiring people who have very high scores for pretty good money. I thought it would be a good interim activity if I am unemployed for a while before I get a new full-time job.
I did some looking around again and so far haven't seen the kind of thing I remember seeing last fall. Am I imagining it, or are there such opportunities available? I'm near Hartford, Connecticut.
Many thanks!
