I have been doing GMAT prep from "GMAT OG". I saw the pattern of Sentence correction in which there was one questions and 5 answers. Is this the actual GMAT pattern as in some of the coaching prep I saw multiple SC questions in one question with options like Only A, Only A & B etc so please tell me what is the trend for such SC questions. Also if you can tell me average time taken by you guys to solve RC.
Thanks

Hi DarkAlex,
Always remember, what ever you see in OG is the correct pattern. The book contains official questions that have appeared on the tests, but are retired now. For the SC questions there is the main stem that contains some or full portion underlined, then there are 5 options. Option A is always the same as the original stem and the rest of the options are different.
It seems like you are just starting with the GMAT Preparation. You have various modes to chose from:
1. Private Tutoring 2. Self study through books 3. Guided Self study through online material
Depending on your mode of learning and budget, you can chose an option and embark on your preparation. Most of the test prep companies including ours offer a trial period for the course. You can go through the course and see it it suites your needs.
