Hello Everyone!
I'm Dala and been fighting the gmat for a little over 6 months.
After long dedicated studying, unfortunately, I couldn't raise my GMAT score. After 4 attempts, my highest score was 450. There is nothing wrong with my verbal nor math abilities. In fact, I do have relatively higher grades in my statistics, algorithm design and advanced statistical methods courses.
I just came up with the conclusion that this journey is taking SO much time yet producing lower than avg result. I am almost 26 years old and currently jobless.
Therefore, I decided that GMAT might not be my best option to go with, and I started to look for schools that would waive GMAT requirements under certain circumstances.
I am applying to schools both in US and Canada, and here is my profile.
- Age: 25
- Sex: Female.
- Non-Native English Speaker.
- Education:
BSc Information Technology, from University of Kent (UK).
- Post-Graduate 1-year Degree: AACSB Accredited courses.
- Overall GPA: 3.8/4.0
- Experience: 18 months (Telecommunications & Finance).
- Program of Interest: MBA: Management of Info. System/Technology
From your own research, have you came across any good business school (Top 100 or so) that may waive GMAT for certain students (i.e. if GPA is higher than 3.5, certain fields/experience, ... etc)?
