Hi. I would not submit. No reason to give them reasons to doubt you. This may have been a poor indicator of your abilities/etc. DO NOT SEND.

P.S. If you send it, they will have to include it in their average and bring the program average down, so don't shoot yourself in the foot.

Hi. I recently scored 565 on GMAT Focus with 81 as quant score (approx 600 gmat classic). As this score is below most averages for MBA in Canada (rotman, ivey, smith), should I submit this score in my application or get a GMAT waiver through my CFA? Please suggest.

If you believe that with additional preparation you can improve your GMAT score, then you should wait and retake the exam aiming for a competitive score and then apply. Good luck dm9001.
