Hi Bb,
Thanks for the quick response. I am familiar that the tests are generated from a finite pool of questions and I have seen these questions repeat themselves across tests so I am quite clear on that bit. I just assumed that the number of tests remaining/available for me to take would be the max number of tests mentioned in the plans page as per the plan but I think that is not the case now? (please do correct me if I am wrong about that). I am primarily using these plans to access the sectional tests to help improve my time management so the repetition of these questions is a non issue for me.
I don't necessarily need a refund if there's a possibility for resetting the number of "remaining/available" tests back to the default number from the backend (not sure about the feasibility of this) or alternatively, you could help me with a refund and I can create a new email ID and gmatclub account so I can purchase the plan through that account. I find these test bundles extremely useful especially for my specific use case so I would prefer to continue using them. I would also prefer to use my existing account to use these bundles as my
error log in this account has plenty of history and it will keep things easier for me if you could help facilitate the first option of the aforementioned ones. Please let me know what's the best course of action for this issue.

Hi thank you for the question and the screenshots.
I think the misunderstanding comes from you assuming that each time you buy a test package it will have a fresh set of newly generated questions or maybe the expectation of the pricing page give you a personalized list of tests (that's not the case as the pricing page is the same for everyone).
Our questions are not generated on the fly. They are a part of a set. Kind of like Netflix - if you get a new subscription to Netflix, you are not going to get new shows. You will just have access to the shows that Netflix offers, so the same with GMAT Club, you get access to a certain number of questions and from those questions you can build tests and if you have used some/all of those questions, then you may not be able to build tests and the subscription/price is for access to that product which is set but you still have access to those questions (even though you have attempted some of them).
Based on your history, you have taken quite a few tests already so you have what you can have access to.
Let me know if you would like me to refund your purchase.
Best Regards,
BB.
