Hi,

I am facing issues with GMAT payment system. I have removed auto- payment mode for Gmat forum tests in the month of September 2022. However, on 15th October, 2022 auto deduction of $15 has been made from my account. Further, for previous months from July, 2022 to September, 2022 auto deductions are made for the same services twice on a monthly basis. I am unable to understand how such random deductions are made. I cannot find an order page on this website that lists my purchases.

I need help on this matter.

Hi Mohuasingh. Sorry about that. It looks like you have subscribed to the forum quiz which is billed at 14.95/month until you cancel it on the dashboard or here: https://gmatclub.com/forum/ucp.php?i=quiz&mode=info (i have canceled it for you) and I do not see a charge of any kind from you in October (interesting enough). This is not GMAT Club Tests. Sorry if it was not clear.

Here is what I can see:
1. I do not see a charge on Oct 15. If you did get it, let me know and I will refund it
2. You have been using the forum quiz and timer but I see you received a free month of Forum Quiz that you won at MBA Spotlight but it was not properly credited towards the charges. I am happy to refund you another month instead of that or keep it going for a month longer.
Just let me know. Just PM me please to make sure I don't lose track of this discussion.
