For a realistic assessment of your Verbal skills, you really have to take a FULL-LENGTH CAT (including the Essay and IR sections), in a test-like environment, at the same time of day as your Official GMAT, etc. The more your practice deviates from what you'll actually face on Test Day, the more likely the scores are to be "off" (and that usually means 'inflated').
Have you taken any of the Official CATs in their entirety (with the Essay and IR sections)? How did you score?
