EDIT: This issue has been resolved. GMATPill contacted me in a professional and polite way and answered all of my questions.
I've since retaken the test and achieved my 50 point increase (from a 630 to a 680). GMATPill definitely helped me achieve this goal and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to improve their results.

Our records indicate that we already replied to your email two days ago on January 16 @ 1:58pm.
Please check your email.
Also, according to our records -- we only received 1 email from you -- not 10 as you say. That email was sent on January 16 @ 3:39 am. So our response time was in less than 12 hours.
If you used alternate methods to contact GMAT PILL -- they may not have been the correct ones. The best way to contact is to reply to the registration emails you received -- and that would be directly to [email protected]

Also note that you seem to be using multiple email accounts. You registered with a Yahoo email account, but sent your email from your school account.
When we replied - we replied back to your school account - so if you are not actively checking both accounts, it is possible you may have missed the email that we so promptly responded to.
