Dear moderators, I was trying to make this post on the Courses Review thread, but was redirected here - in the case that you want to move it, please do not hesitate to do so.
Hi Guys:
I am sorry to write it publicly, but I think I have given a chance to GMATPill guys to answer my questions, but they failed to avail it. I have first learned about the GMATPill here, so I decided to share my bitter experience on this forum.
I signed up for the five Pills combo package on August 17 and paid USD 312 for that. I received my ID and password and decided to start studying this week. But when I tried to log in and use the services, the website despite my numerous efforts simply did not want to give me the access. Two days ago I reported the problem to Zeke (
zeke@gmatpill.com) and described it in detail and even attached the relevant printscreen. But received no answer (the problem still exists).
Moreover, I PMd Zeke here asking some questions about using the GMATpill on 17 August. But again still did not get any response from him, although the message is no more in my Outbox.
I think such performance on part of the GMATPill is outrageously unacceptable, because I know that other courses advertised on this forum respond to queries of their clients on the same day. Moreover, any delay in the learning process due to the fault of the service provider may have detrimental effect on a real GMAT score of a person, especially when one has his d-day fixed in several weeks.
I hope that Zeke will read this post and takes appropriate actions immediately.
Thanks for your attention, guys.
